Harmony Villa, your mesmerising seaside escape just steps from a secluded beach cove with stunning sea views. One of the few properties in Crete with direct access to a cove, it’s also only 2 km from the lively town of Kissamos, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, cafes, and all daily amenities.

Set on 2,000 m², Harmony Villa consists of two independent two-story houses rented together as one. Perfect for large families or groups, it offers both shared spaces and privacy. Modern and spacious, the villa covers 220 m² in total, accommodating up to 12 guests with two living rooms, two kitchens, two dining areas, six bedrooms, and five bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

Layout

Entering the ground floor of the first building, guests will find a spacious open-plan area combining the living room, indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality fixtures. This space opens directly onto a veranda with an outdoor dining table and seating, offering beautiful sea views and leading to a large lawn-covered area that connects to the beach. One bedroom with outdoor access and a bathroom with a shower cabin are also located on this level. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature their own en-suite bathroom and open onto a spacious veranda with patio furniture and stunning sea vistas.

The second building mirrors this layout, with a ground floor living room, indoor dining area, and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a lawn-covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and seating. One bedroom with outdoor access and a bathroom with a shower cabin are also on the ground floor. On the first floor, the remaining two bedrooms provide access to a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and garden, accompanied by a family bathroom with a shower cabin.

All six bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with 32’’ TVs. Three bedrooms feature double beds (1.60 × 2.00 m), while the other three have two single beds each (0.90 × 2.00 m), which can be joined to form king-size beds (1.80 × 2.00 m) if desired.

Outdoor area

The beautifully landscaped area leads to a small cove with small pebbles and sand, where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing in peace with your loved ones. Also, a variety of facilities are available, including:

- Fully equipped barbecue facilities and outdoor dining areas. 

- Several furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor living room, and swing) for relaxing in the garden.
